Welcome to PKU STAR LAB, the research group led by Prof. Wei Gao, affiliated to the School of Electronic and Computer Engineering, Peking University. We are focusing on multimedia/multimodal information processing, especially 3D visual intelligence, multimodal intelligence, and applications.
The PKU STAR LAB seeks top postdoctoral researchers proficient in: (1) multimedia coding and processing (e.g. 3D point cloud/image/video coding, 3D Gaussian Splatting compression and rendering, quality assessment and enhancenment, immersive media systems, etc.), (2) 3D vision and multimodal learning (e.g. generative AI, world models, 3D reconstruction and generation, multimodal large models, vision-language-vision models, autonomous driving and robotics, etc.).
